Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the GDAPCF website and leadership portal by all visitors, applicants, members, and leaders.

Effective: June 29, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and the GDAPCF portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, members, leaders, and administrators.

Nature of the Fellowship

Greater Dimensions Apostolic Prophetic Covenant Fellowship is a covenant fellowship built on biblical doctrine, apostolic-prophetic order, accountability, and servant leadership. Membership, affiliation, and leadership recognition are covenant commitments, not casual associations. These terms do not alter the spiritual, relational, or accountability commitments described in the fellowship's doctrine, applications, and governing documents.

Eligibility and Applications

Submission of any application — for individual membership, church affiliation, or leadership recognition — does not guarantee approval. GDAPCF reviews each application according to its own processes, which may include interviews, reference checks, training, site visits, background checks, and leadership review. GDAPCF may approve, defer, request more information, or decline any application at its discretion.

Accounts and Portal Access

Portal account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. You agree to use the portal honestly, to provide accurate information, and to respect the role-based access limits assigned to your account. Attempts to access information, documents, or features outside your assigned permissions are prohibited.

Information and Documents You Submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Please do not upload unnecessary sensitive information — such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, full background details, or information about other people — unless GDAPCF specifically requests it as part of a defined review process. Upload only what is reasonably needed for the process you are completing, and do not submit documents containing another person's personal information without their consent.

Communications

Communications sent through the portal or website, including messages related to applications, ministry oversight, and fellowship matters, may be retained as part of your record. Administrative notes created during review are internal and are not visible to applicants.

Content and Intellectual Property

Content published on this website — including text, doctrine, leadership structure descriptions, the GDAPCF name and logo, documents, and resources — is owned by or licensed to GDAPCF. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or misuse fellowship content without permission. Documents provided through the portal are intended for the stated access level only and may not be shared beyond that audience.

Limitation of Responsibility

This website and portal are provided to support the ministry, administrative, and fellowship purposes of GDAPCF. Information provided here is offered in good faith but does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. GDAPCF is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website.

Changes to These Terms

GDAPCF may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the website and portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
