Information We Collect
When you visit this website, submit an application, contact request, report, or message, or hold a portal account, Greater Dimensions Apostolic Prophetic Covenant Fellowship (GDAPCF) may collect the information you voluntarily provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, church or ministry name, region, state, and the contents of your submissions, including any documents or attachments you upload. For portal account holders, we also store the role and access level assigned to your account and a record of actions you take within the portal.
Sensitive Information and Uploaded Documents
Please do not upload or submit unnecessary sensitive information — such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, full background details, or information about other people — unless GDAPCF specifically requests it as part of a defined review or onboarding process. When you do upload documents, upload only what is reasonably needed for the process you are completing. Uploaded files are stored within the fellowship's secure environment and are accessible only to authorized leaders and administrators whose role requires them for review, care, or administration. Do not submit documents containing another person's personal information without their consent.
How We Use Your Information
GDAPCF uses the information you submit to process and review applications; to manage membership and church affiliation records; to coordinate, assign, and review leadership roles; to communicate with you about your application, membership, events, and fellowship matters; to maintain ministry, accountability, and administrative records; to support pastoral care and ministry administration; and to fulfill the fellowship's reporting and stewardship responsibilities. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Communications
When you contact GDAPCF or communicate through the portal, your messages and the fellowship's responses may be retained as part of your record. Internal administrative notes created during application review or ministry oversight are visible only to authorized leaders and administrators and are not shown to applicants.
